My son had passed away in November 2018, and I was referred to Adams Funeral Directors by a friend.
I was very grief stricken at the loss of my son, also very confused as to what had to be done next, I live in America and my son lived in Bristol England. Family members in Bristol did not have to go to the funeral home to make the arrangements, Craig went to their home instead, which I found was much more personal.
The first time I spoke to Craig Adams was over the phone, I was blown away by his compassion and kind words for me and my family, it brought us huge amount of relief knowing my son was in safe hands.
Upon my arrival to the U.K. for my son's funeral Craig came and picked myself and family up to take us to the funeral home to pay our final respect to my son. He had us laughing the whole journey there which really relaxed us and made us feel at ease.
The day of the funeral Craig arrived on time and was extremely professional, taking full control of the day. He walked in front of the hearse as we approached the church which I found very touching and respectful. Everything went as Craig meticulously planned, he managed the funeral with effortless style and dignity.
What I liked most about Craig is that he treated my son with the upmost love, respect and care. On Christmas Day I received a call from Craig to say he had gone to the funeral home just to wish my son a Merry Christmas I was so moved.
I would highly recommend Craig Adams without reservation, he is the best and has become more like a family member.
